IF YOU BOOK DIRECT - Our cancellation policy is that your booking is fully refundable if you cancel with more than 3 days notice.  IF you cancel with less than 3 days notice then all funds paid in deposit will be forfeited. 

IF YOU BOOK THROUGH AN ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY (OTA) - If you book through a third party travel agent, you must make any changes or cancellations through them.  We can not access those bookings.  The cancellation policy for third party bookings is that bookings are fully refundable if cancelled with more than 3 days notice.  If cancelled with less than 3 days notice the bookings are non-refundable and the third party vendor will not refund any payments made.  Please contact your third party booking vendor with questions.


Parker Guest House is a historic and charming Bed and Breakfast Hotel offering cozy and comfortably furnished guestrooms and first-class amenities. This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep-cleaning services. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in a guest room or within the hotel facility. If anyone in the guest's party smokes in the guest room, the guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge the credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. A valid photo ID and a credit card are both required at check-in. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits.
